For your convenience and peace of mind, Open Box Delivery is available through our delivery partners (where service is applicable).

At the time of delivery, you are requested to open and inspect the package in the presence of the delivery partner to verify that:

• The product is genuine and matches your order.
• The product is free from any physical damage.
• You have received the correct model, color, and quantity.
• The package contains all original accessories, warranty cards, manuals, and other included items.
  
  If you find the product to be damaged, incorrect, missing items, or otherwise defective, you must refuse the delivery and return the product immediately to the delivery partner at the time of delivery.
  
  Please Note:
  Once the product has been accepted by the customer after inspection during Open Box Delivery, requests for returns due to physical damage, wrong product, missing accessories, or similar issues may not be accepted.

Once your returned product is received and successfully passes our quality inspection, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

• The refund will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
• Refunds are generally completed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment service provider.

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
• Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
• After delivery, customers may request a return only if the product satisfies the return eligibility criteria mentioned above.

All refund requests are subject to product inspection.

Prime Watch Hub reserves the right to approve or reject any return or refund request if the returned product does not comply with the conditions stated in this policy.
